Being the Homan Resources Director of China for Schneider Electric since September 2009, Charise LE has delivered impressive results in Translating business strategy and priority into HR action plan based on business understanding, and providing HR professional solutions to business challenges and needs to China Country President. She is also dedicated to build up talent pipeline for leaders and experts to develop company competencies to cope with business requirements.

Chairse started to work in 1994, prior to joining Schneider Electric, she worked in Trane China, GE Plastic, Pillsbury China and Siemens Industrial Automation, and has been involved in HR domain for 17 years, acquired solid HR expertise and experiences of difference company culture throughout her career life.

Chairse received Bachelor degree of Engineering and Scientific English from East China

University of Science & Technology, she also has acquired Global Remuneration Professional

Certification.
