MBA职业发展打算具体信息

职业发展打算（Career Development Program,简称CDP）是空气产品公司对于公司将来人才造就的战术性投资打算。自1959年在美国和欧洲发展以来，此打算不休为公司输送各类人才，蕴含本科及硕士工程师、博士钻研人员、本科及硕士IT人员、财政以及商务人员。该项目蕴含工程师发展打算（EDP）、MBA职业发展打算、Technology职业发展打算以及IT职业发展打算。

MBA职业发展打算简称 (MBA CDP) 是为立志从事财政和商务领域的应届MBA毕业生量身设计。拉斯维加斯9888指标是通过提高造就对象的职业能力和专业技术，明确其职业方向并加强其辅导能力，由此为公司造就将来的辅导者。该打算由三个职位轮换组成，整个打算周期为两年。
