Position:
Analyst

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate to join the China IMSCG Team is bright, curious, creative, principled, highly motivated, and disciplined. They also possess excellent business, analytic, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Analysts are usually undergrads with some business or industry experience. Relative fluency in Mandarin in strongly preferred due to the level of interaction with both clients and industry stakeholders.

Main Responsibility：
Analysts enjoy considerable control and flexibility in mapping their first years at IMS. Projects are assigned according to a consultant’s area of interest, with the goal of broadening their project experience, and developing new skill sets. With the guidance of Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Principals, new Analysts participate in all aspects of projects, including:

* Conducting business research and market assessment
* Interviewing market stakeholders
* Model development and evaluation
* Assists in making strategic recommendations for clients
* Developing alternatives / solutions
* Meeting facilitation support
* Building reports and presentations that frame findings and conclusions
